By Christian Vanneste 5 f v on 2008 in In the valley of Lily, my political ideas, in Tourcoing
I have gone for second taken back in Bercy to recall the file of the Houses of the Job of Tourcoing and of the Valley of lily with the Офис of Madam LAGARDE, to surround local consequences of fusion between the NATIONAL EMPLOYMENT AGENCY and UNEDIC.
From the report which is delayed to the minister de l' Economie and Finances by my colleague Jean-Paul ANCIAUX, deputy of Sa ne-et-Loire, for that I had sent in Roncq to explain the mechanism of the Houses of Job, conditions of contract are going to allow to define better perimetre and objectives of this Home.
I remain persuaded for my part that this new tool is going to play a more and more efficient role in the struggle against unemployment by becoming the true unique counter of promixing of sexes capable of giving numerous solutions to the job-seekers as well in the field of the access to the job that in that of benefits or else qualifiantes trainings.
At the end of the Questions of Actuality, I accepted madam Christine BOUTIN, minister du Logement and minister of the City, to study with her the questions which concern principally the city of Tourcoing: ANRU, Free zone and exercise of right of preemption.
Finally, I chaired the first meeting of the Group of Textile study and Industries of Working force, which has just been formed in the course of which was indicated the new Офис.
This one is therefore composed so:Ont elected vice-presidents G rard CHERPION (Vosges), BERNARD GERARD (North) and PATRICE VERCHERE (Rh ne) for the Group UMP, PASCAL TERRASSE (ARD CHE) and WILLIAM DUMAS (GARD) for the Socialist Group and PHILIPPE FOLLIOT (Tarn) for the Group New Centre.
GABRIEL BIANCHERI (Dr me - UMP), vice-president of the Group under the previous legislature and HENRY NAYROU (Ari ge - PS) was elected parliamentary Secretaries of the Group of study.
It is for me one very great satisfaction to be again charging up of this group constituted around a domain that not only deeply marked the North Pas-de-Calais and the labour pool of Roubaix-Tourcoing-Vall e of Lily but that appears still in a good standing in its industrial future across the pole of competitiveness Up-Tex. We will have opportunity to come back regularly on this question of which it is necessary to rapeller that it concerns another 16 000 jobs in our region. It is necessary to add to it besides that last years were rather satisfactory since the business figure of textile industry and of clothing has become stable since 2006.
Fusion ANPE-ASSEDIC - Houses of job and right of the unemployed persons.
Apolitical association and not denominational having a socioeconomic sector - C2EC - Unemployment to Undertake Job Career,
we note that the representation of the unemployed persons does not work at present.
The creation of the Houses of job was made without representation of the unemployed persons.
Isn't the fusion a chance to repair this injustice?
Would not this representation in spite of the ephemeral status of the job-seeker allow to discern possible faults and to implicate even better all the users (firms, wage earners AND unemployed persons)?
sincere salutations
