Today, with the end of parliamentary session because of municipal and Cantonal elections, I would like to perform a balance sheet of the action of your deputy during these six months.

I was elected to work Lily for General interest and for our district of Tourcoing and Valley of. As you know it, I had been indicated the last year deputy of the presidential majority the most diligent and most active North by the Newspaper .

Short flashback therefore since my election of last June with more than 58 %.

I intervened of very many times in the semicircular auditorium:

• 2 Questions to the Government (HQ):

On November 7th, 2007, one HQ relating to the struggle of France against fraud with an answer of the minister du Budget, Eric Woerth.

On January 16th, 2008, one HQ relating to policy in favour of the old persons and notably in favour of the women. The minister du Travail, Xavier Bertrand, during his answer uses it to make announcements.

• 1 Oral Question Without debate (QOSD):

On January 29th, 2008, I put down QOSD relating to the installation of voluntary civil service. Answer of madam Bachelot, minister de la Sant .

• Speaker of the Group UMP at the instigation of law aiming at reinforcing cross-border cooperation with the installation of the European Grouping of cross-border Cooperation (GECT)

• Several interventions in the stand of the semicircular auditorium:

From July 17th, 2007, I intervene on the bill introduced by Rachida Dati, minister de la Justice, to struggle against the repetition.

On October 2nd, 2007, I wish an even more implacable struggle against counterfeiting.

I intervene by asking a Question during the examination of bill relating to Immigration.

On November 8th, 2007, I defend the claims of the world fighting during the examination of the budget relating to the war veterans. Further to our pressures, the Secretary of State, Alain Marleix, makes several announcements.

• More than 200 written Questions (for recall, I had put down more than 500 between 2002 and 2007, there or my socialist precursor had put down only 6) were asked. Most concerning health, justice, security and combat world. You can already read answers on this site.

• I deposited 8 bills (see here) on the Офис of the National Assembly, an aiming of which an aiming to encourage associative voluntary work, to abolish the broadcasting charge and one on struggle counters urban and social harassment. My PPL on Service minimum and on the strengthening of cross-border Cooperation was moreover adopted for these six months.

• I am also President of and Industries of Working force the first meeting of the Офис of which took place on Tuesday, February 5th, 2008.

• Member of the prestigious Law commission, I was elected member of the special Committee made responsible for examining bill on social dialogue and continuity of the public service in passengers' regular transport of the Earth.

• I was moreover elected vice-president de la Mission of information on the execution of decisions of justice. We besides returned last December a first report.
