Review of the papers. Even though I did not claim to be "closed () on my vote on the plan of constitutional law, it is well necessary to confess that this reform is far from being satisfactory (recall: why I voted no in pemi re reading). Dispatch below.

AFP (Paris): A dozen deputies UMP gets ready to vote against the reform of institutions during the meeting of the Parliament in Congress in Versailles, programmed on July 21st.

In first reading, at the beginning of June, to the National Assembly, 13 elected representatives of the majority group had issued a negative vote, five had refrained and three had not taken part in vote.

Questioned on Thursday, most pointed out that they intended to support their negative vote: it is the case of chiraco-villepinistes Henry Cuq, Guy Geoffroy, Fran ois Goulard, Jean-Pierre Grand, Jacques Le Guen, elected representatives of the CNI Giles Bourdouleix and Christian Vanneste as well as Jacques Myard and Bernard Debr . They were joined by Lionnel Luca, who had voted for in first reading. ( )

Several deputies maintained to the AFP that they had accepted a phone call of the general secretary of the lys e Palace, Claude Gu ant, and others than they had appointment, on Friday, with the president Nicolas Sarkozy in the lys e Palace.
