The president of the National Assembly wants to implement a disposition envisaged by the internal regulations.

Bernard Accoyer expressed on Wednesday his will to apply the internal regulations of the Assembly which envisage, in the article 162, a strict financial sanction against the deputies absent istes. This sanction, which was applied until now never, envisages a deduction of a third of the indemnification of function for the deputies who took part unless two thirds of public polls during a session. The article adds that if the same deputy took part unless the half of public polls, this deduction is doubled . The president of the Assembly thought on RMC that there is almost 5 % (on a total of 577 deputies) which come little and that its objective is to be able tomorrow to make sure to apply regulations which would keep a part of indemnification of those who would not participate in solemn polls and in job in committee .
