1. Mister Vanneste Est he plainly that mister Balladur (and therefore mister Sarkozy) wants to abolish small villages or to merge them to make it of bigger?

   What will become Tourcoing in these cases there? That think of you of territorial reform ?

   And will the citizens be (at least) consulted on subject?

   I know that it is "dated" but I I love France and its thirty-six thousand villages, its departments, and its regions of Ancien R gime.
