Christian Vanneste - Deputy of the North

The Courage Of Common sense!

Attack of the permanence of Christian Vanneste on Tourcoing

By Christian Vanneste 23 avr on 2009 in my political ideas, in Tourcoing

This morning, at about three o'clock, individuals attacked the permanence of the deputy Christian VANNESTE the front-door of which they broke. This event which comes following the letters of threat, among which the one accompanied with a bullet, that he is the only one to have accepted among the parliamentarians of province outside Languedoc-Roussillon, cannot leave uninterested. He manifests the obvious rise of violence, in a country which seems to be one of the rare democracies in which they think that it is a legitimate expression of discontent or of opposition.

To threaten a parliamentarian or to attack him, his places, it is to call into question the Republic and the principles which enliven it. Certainly, the authors of this vandalism or these threats are the main culprits, but it is not possible to forget the campaign of disparagement and of hate which was learnedly orchestrated for several years by a national pressure group and that was relieved by local politicians. Justice cut from now on in favour of the elected representative of the people and of his right to expression. It remains that the trouble fulfilled by the irresponsible censors continues producing its effects.

Christian Vanneste, delegated UMP of the North

  4. Mister Vanneste, can be should come a waistcoat by bullet for you protect, because if they are capable of being taken in your permanence, your person can, also, be threatened.

To be taken to you, it is to hit France. I hope sincerely that the representatives will soon be stopped.

Is possible be would need him to reinforce the legal protection of the elected representatives, by condemning those who attack in France, by your bias, in partial or final exit of the territory.

It is not bearable that it is possible to lack respect so to an elected representative, and therefore in our nice France.

But attention! If such acts are possible, it is also because the members of the democratic Institutions of our country do not always make what is needed to become worthy of France:

    - the national repentance in all sauces is not the best means to reinforce the idea that to love France is a good thing
    - behaviour outrages parliamentarians during sessions to the National Assembly or to the Senate either: foot on chairs, reading of a work during sessions, reading of magazines during sessions, siestas, assemblage of photos, games during sessions (how many elected representatives play the Loner?), narration of the holiday of each and every one during sessions (impossible to make it afterwards? Where before? Or during pauses in the bar of the Putting together or in that of the Senate?) etc. How want they to inspire respect in the young children regarding the authority When everybody seems to find normal, to the Parliament, to make ashamed in France! To wear a tie or a suit to fashion is certainly a good thing But credit of respect towards his colleagues (I am outraged when I see that NOBODY listens to the speaker! Or when I see the elected representatives putting down, without caring about it, the roll of amendments (written by them the same or by their colleagues) to immerse himself again quickly into Angelica: Marchioness des angel !)
    - behaviour outrages parliamentarians regarding the women: where passed legendary French courtesy? Afterwards, they are surprised that in cities, the "young people imitate the parliamentarians macho man! Lately, I looked at sessions And which see me? A deputy who found nothing of better to make than to discuss with his colleagues on carries out a bomb attack on her of the present Minister! There isn't anything more important?
    - behaviour outrages Ministers: why the Ministers and the parliamentarians are authorised t to EAT in the Semicircular auditorium? The East it respectful that a Minister CHEWS OF THE CHEWING GUM (she is is possible be sponsored by Hollywood CHEWING GUM?) while the parliamentarians try, so-so, to interest him in the business of France? The East it normal that the Minister speaks (with I do not know who) during the speech of an elected representative? The East it normal that the Minister listens to NOTHING OF THE whole in what says the elected representative?

In when a "code of good conduct " in the Semicircular auditorium?
    - Portables and computers are left at the entrance. The elected representatives are paid to work, to listen, to ask questions Not to improve their album of photo, or to show their last conquest! And he malpoli to answer (during its job) a call! (During pause, why not, but not before: if mister Cop wants to call reinforcements and although he makes it during many "pauses")
    - The doors of the Semicircular auditorium are closed when session begins, and opens again only during pauses. The "late" will have only to go elsewhere.
    - The elected representatives must be correctly dressed: tie, shirt, and jacket for the men; scarf, jacket, top not too suggestive. (I remind that France has important commercial interests as regards "fashion": is possible be the elected representatives could them promote French fashion by arriving in the correctly dressed Semicircular auditorium)
    - The President of session can put in the corner (that is prevent an elected representative from voting) for an elected representative who chatters while the Government or its colleagues contacts the Assembly. "Punishes" them have the right to a hat of ane and a list of "Anes" is available on the site of the Parliament, for the attention of the citizens.
    - The President of session can forbid the presence of a Minister if that ci arrives badly dressed, eats during session (would be what of the CHEWING GUM) or discusses with the "bailiffs" of the Assembly while the elected representatives speak! Polls since then take place without the presence of the Government. The traditional opinion of the Government is therefore considered as positive on all introduced amendments.
    - The citizens can come to note down during sessions But also during committees, to note the presence of the elected representatives there, and to study the behaviour of these last (worthy or not from France)
    - The elected representatives have the right to come with a bottle of water
    - The elected representatives have to take their precaution before coming in session, because doors will be closed during the study of the text. (As for a conclave)
Many pauses will be envisaged to allow the elected representatives to get some fresh air (but portables will not be returned)
    - The elected representatives do not have the right to tread underfoot the former seat, to sleep in session, or to read. Those who make it are considered to be "absentees" on the list of presence, and their vote is not taken into account.

If the Parliament wants to be respected, if the Government wants to be credible It is necessary to begin by being worthy of France.

The deputies of III Republic fought in duel But at least they made "efforts" to be worthy of the honour France honoured them.

France it is so discredited by the members the Institutions of our Republic so that the elected representatives are capable of having the behaviour of a pupil of CM2?
    - who is not worn out on the table
    - who does not answer calls during courts
    - who listens to his teacher
    - who makes the effort to get dressed properly
    - who apologises when he arrives slow
    - who reads, neither nor eats, during courts

A teacher in Semicircular auditoriums needs him to put so that the elected representatives are worthy of France? Or are the elected representatives capable to adopt a behaviour of adult?

  5. You should read the foreign press. They find very good ditos, some times there. Among whom some people speak about France.

And you know what? More and more often the term "revolution" appears. Eh well I have tendency to believe in it, from now on: all indicators, really, clock in in this direction.

My last returns on the territory left me one very very unpleasant impression. And I do not think that this missi s the deputies, in their very pretty permanence, or the elected representatives of any edges, in their pretty marble gold palaces, are well aware of what is boiling, in the france of the bottom . Vandalize French administrative subdivisions, permanence, letters of threats, rampant antiparliamentarianism, without counting the numerous social tensions due to economic dilapidation ca parried you insignificant, you, that all that arrives at the same time?

  6. Two honourable classifications for the deputy Vanneste

    1) 5 points of 8 (applied pupil, must follow his efforts: you can distinctly make better than 12,5/20) according to the parliamentary used car prices guide of " linked taxpayers ". (Mister Vanneste, in page 2)

Let us underline that mister Vanneste has a yellow square what means " good initiative ".

    http://www.contribuables.org/wp-content/uploads/2008/07/argus-2008.pdf

    2) Classification of the express: 122nd on 577. (attention, the classification is reversed: the "best" are at the end The "dunces" at the beginning of classification)

Well, continue pers verer. The small young person, Tardy (Lionel of the forename) is at the head: 21th. (Double by a president of group or a president of committee, let us accept, but it is not the case of the small young person. Go! They count on you!)

    http://www.contribuables.org/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/activites_deputes1.pdf

I want to congratulate you, mister Vanneste, on this job, who can be improved (and you have of it the capacity, we all know it) but who is significant.

CHRISTIAN VANNESTE: A DEPUTY WHO WORKS And ON JOB!

It is all the more significant as a lot of the parliamentarians, very well paid, do not make one if great effort.

    I name " linked taxpayers ":

Result is distressful. Over this period of almost two years, four last elected representatives of the classification did not intervene only once either in committee, or in session, and did not deposit or reports or proposals of laws! It is about Pierre B dier (Yvelines, UMP), Guy Chambefort (Allier, PS), Laurent Cathala (Val-de-Marne, PS) and Sylvia Bassot (Adorns, UMP).

On 577, near the half intervened only 21 times in session or in committee, that is an intervention a month!

Does this working rhythm justify that every deputy receives 7 008,65 euro a month? Does the activity of the National Assembly justify a 917 million euro budget in 2009? Surely not!

Jean-Fran ois Cop , president of the group UMP in the Assembly claimed to be ready to apply financial sanctions in case of end For what he waits?

I offer, in view of the fact that he really has emergency, and, in view of the fact that financial sanctions do not seem "realistic" That POLITICAL sanctions are applied:
    - no investiture for the "lazy" deputies and idem for the senators.
    - As I have a feeling that they are going to take out again the history of the CUMUL IMPOSSIBILITY TO COMBINE for the deputies or senators who are not in capacity to hold their national mandate. (A deputy or a senator is not a great mayor of district)
    - impossibility, for the "lazy" elected representatives to leave in governmental missions, or in presidential trips
    - impossibility for the "lazy" elected representatives to be profitable of parliamentary reservation

I have a feeling that some elected representatives are going suddenly to find that the national mandate is important!

In passage, mister Cop worse makes than you. In both classifications.

  7. @ seb: thank you for this recall of the classification! A precision nevertheless: it is normal that the first of this classification are parliamentarians of left, these indeed participating more than those of right held by the sharing out of speaking times

Christian Vanneste 24 avr on 2009 Answer

  8. To mister Vanneste:

Then there, I do not understand: fact to be in the "majority" would be therefore although to be in opposition "?

Mister Migaud is president of the committee of finances, I understand that he is first and that his "colleagues" of committees, are so at the head.

Would be possible explain a bit the history of the sharing out of speaking times ?

The Government would eat him the time of the parliamentarians UMP-NC?

Are not the parliamentarians of left or of the "centre" (Modem centrist Union) also subjected to the "speaking time"? (I however hear the presidents of session to say to all parliamentarians there you has thirty seconds , it is necessary to finish Without differentiating the "majority" of opposition "

Summers to you agreed, since nothing advances on p cuni re question, so that political sanctions in the lazy elected representatives are put (of whom I see with pleasure, so that you are not part)?

To handle, moreover, the carrot, and not only the stick, it would be possible to establish a "certificate for the elected representatives like the very appraising better worker of France .

The citizen's associations would have each to put a note:
    - behaviour of the elected representative on budgetary questions
    - behaviour of the elected representative on family questions
    - behaviour of the elected representative on social questions
    - behaviour of the elected representative on environmental issues
    - behaviour of the elected representative on institutional questions
    - etc.

In it, would be top up three notes:

    - a note of discipline which would take into account:
    *politesse towards the small friends
    *respect towards the listeners
*bonnes ways: courtesy towards the ladies, no foot on seats, etc.
*respect towards the voters: no reading of the last novel taken out during sessions, no siesta during sessions, no "loner" (game on the computer) during sessions, etc.
*habillement: cleanness, etat no intoxicated deputy), keeping worthy of the tradition of fashion in France

    - a note of development of law
*pr sence in sessions (an elected representative must assemble)
*esprit of initiative: bill, amendments, oral interventions, reports, etc.
*esprit of team: capacity of the elected representatives to go out of politicking stupid quarrels (credit of true difference is legitimate, on the other hand not to vote for amendment for "knack because it is introduced by the deputy "thing" which is not related UMP, while the elected representative is favourable to amendment, it is absolutely stupid!)
*questions to the Government on bills
    *participation in committees

    - a note on the control of the Government
    * coute explanation of the Minister
*capacit to ask true questions, and not (only) questions phoned, intended to emphasise the Minister
    *suivi voted laws
*suivi of the use of public funds
*questions to the Government on the job of the budgets of Ministries

  9. France is not in a fit state of revolution but rather in lack of morality and of respect. Unique thought, to let it make and libertarian angelism, peasant revolt, advocated by socialisante mentality has a lot to do there. The trouble is made and hard will be to rectify this rocking in favour of the respect for the authority. And that to think of the socialist party which strives to find excuses to the scrap merchants and to the takers of hostages! This party is pulled in its breast by leftist extremist supporters and others attracted by the MODEM struggling along of Bayrou. For lack of will and of conviction, this party oven everything is less and less credible. Salutary selection not accomplished inside at its time returns any impossible sensible choice and PS is today exhausted and without idea, in by that to criticise in very the action of the government goes. This absence of constructive opposition influences the health of our republican democracy and leaves the free field in the extremist small groups of left which proliferate at this time of worldwide economic crisis. All lefts merged in France are predominantly responsible for this regrettable state.

G rard de Neuville 24 avr on 2009 Answer

  10. Grieved for you.
Just as threats and dispatches of bullets by letters, it is allowable for person, a fortiori for people elected democratically.
But to whom to attribute this unhealthy climate? I do not know even if I sense that in France, more than elsewhere in our cheerful liberal economic world without faith nor law, the social clairvoyants are in the red and I get worried because extreme-left breath more and more on embers of despair
I am notably afraid of riots next to which those of 2005 in suburbs would make pale face.
