EDMUND LEHEMBRE left us. His disappearance deeply marks most political leaders tourquennois. It was for all of us an example and a conscience. He had got involved very early for his country since he had joined Free France in North Africa having crossed Spain prisons of which he had known. He had chosen the 1st French Army, that of De Lattre, and the participated in the campaigns which drove to the liberalisation of our country, notably the campaign of Italy. Having registered youth from sound more in the Scouts of France, he had not ceased being in a Christian commitment within which morality takes it most often on policy. I had opportunity to meet him regularly and to benefit from his advice, inspired always by the sense of the Common good. It is in this spirit that he had dedicated his rigour and his seriousness to the life of the Cultural centre become since Home of associations.
Mass on Friday, October 23rd at 10 h 30, church St Germain de Mouvaux
